If you are having trouble with your recent Athena purchase please use the link below to submit your request for replacement.

This link can be used in any circumstance such as when an order arrives with:

  • Damage
  • Missing items that show as shipped on the packing slip
  • The wrong items or quantity requested
  • Invalid or delayed tracking number


One benefit to entering the details through our website is that you may submit your photos, receipts, and other supporting documents directly to our Resolutions Department. Once the request is submitted on our website you will receive a case number and emailed updates regarding its status.
